Yesterday's Hike

Ground accepts bare feet
offerings on a fall hike
earth, friend, mother, life

No, it wasn't snowy all the way.  Most places along the trail were warm (somewhat) from the sun.

What the heck???  A pink plastic spoon taped to a tree with black tape.  There must be some kind of cosmic significance here!

  2. Silly Thomas! Give me your address and I'll send it back to you! (That is, if it's still there when I go back to get it.)

  3. Someone marking their trail? Your bare feet look precariously close to the snow!

  4. G.G., Maybe! Could be this person learned from Hansel and Gretel that leaving breadcrumbs is not the best idea.

  5. I thought about the trailmarking reason - did you find other trees with soup spoons, knives and forks?

  6. Dancing,

That was the only pink spoon I saw, but then, most of the time, I was looking down at the trail so that my bare feet could avoid things that would make me yell Ouch! :-)

  7. I so love the feeling of bare feet on earth.
And I am so glad this blog is back "in business." Such lovely business it is!
